Drawing up different solution concepts
We work out several technical solution concepts, tailored to your wishes and your conditions, and develop a final concept together with you. That concept is the starting point for the design work.
Mechanical design
Complete mechanical design of the final concept, including every part and assembly, in Inventor (SolidWorks is possible as an alternative).
Electrical design
Circuit diagram, control cabinet and components are selected and coordinated together with the mechanical design.
Simulation and renderings
Where parts and assemblies are particularly critical, additional static FEM simulations can be run so that the machine is sized correctly. Photorealistic renderings can also be produced on request.
Manufacturing documents
Complete manufacturing documents including detail drawings, assembly drawings and parts lists.
Documentation
Operating manual, spare parts list and test certificates, put together as the complete technical documentation for the system.
